Zhengzhou Ark abrasives Co., Ltd. was established in 2000. It is a technology driven grinding tool production enterprise jointly founded by several engineers who have worked at Baige Company and Zhengzhou Sanmu Institute, as well as professors and graduate students from the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Hunan University. The company currently has one professor and doctoral supervisor, five engineers, three doctoral students, and ten master's students; The company has strong product research and development capabilities, excellent process technology, sophisticated equipment, and complete testing equipment. Modern technical and quality management runs through the entire process of product production, fundamentally ensuring the excellent and reliable quality of products.
The company's existing product line includes rubber elastic grinding heads, various special-shaped coated grinding tools, and high-precision diamond/CBN grinding tools, which are widely used in various fields such as automobiles, aviation engines, ships, electronics, stainless steel processing, woodworking, furniture manufacturing, etc. They are particularly suitable for precision grinding and polishing of difficult to grind alloy materials, high hardness wear-resistant materials, complex surface products, etc.
Since its establishment, the company has steadfastly adhered to the development strategy of establishing itself through technology, revitalizing the enterprise through quality, and winning through branding. It has continuously implemented technological innovation measures, carried out technological transformation and equipment improvement projects, and is committed to achieving higher levels of product quality and leapfrog development. The company currently has more than 60 sets of equipment, including 15-325 ton hot press machines, large rubber mixing machines, CNC lathes/grinders, slitting machines, vulcanization and curing furnaces, as well as product testing experimental facilities and testing instruments and equipment; The company also relies on the Grinding Application Verification Base of Hunan University National Grinding Engineering Technology Center and its strong material analysis and testing capabilities to timely and accurately grasp and track the development trends of foreign grinding tool production, manufacturing, and application. The company has also established long-term close cooperation relations with scientific research institutes and colleges and universities such as Zhengzhou Abrasive Grinding Research Institute, Central South University Powder Metallurgy Research Institute, Zhengzhou Light Metal Research Institute, Henan University of Technology School of Materials Science and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences Shenyang Metal Research Institute, forming a technological innovation system with enterprises as the main body and combining production, learning, research and application. The metal ceramic bonding agent developed by the company recently has a tensile and compressive strength of over 20-30% compared to the currently known ceramic bonding agents. This not only meets the safety performance requirements for high-speed grinding of crankshafts and camshafts, but also greatly improves the wear resistance of the dual end grinding wheel during low-speed grinding.
Our company is a member unit of the Coated Grinding Tools Branch of the China Machine Tool and Tool Industry Association, and a member unit of the National Abrasive and Grinding Tools Standardization Technical Committee. The company's general manager, Wu Chengbin, has been appointed as a member of the National Abrasive and Grinding Tools Standardization Technical Committee by the National Standardization Management Committee. In the past decade, as the first responsible unit, the company has successively led the revision and completion of the national standard GB/T30473-2013 "Coated Grinding Tool Cylinder Sand Cover" and the mechanical industry standard JB/T8606-2012 "Coated Grinding Tool Sand Belt"; In the past five years, the company's research and development of precision machining ceramic metal bond grinding wheels and silicon chip mobile phone screen glass processing diamond soft grinding discs have received support from provincial and municipal government technology innovation policies.
